How do I vote?

You can vote on advanced voting days, or on election day between 8am-8pm at designated voting stations. You can also request a vote by mail package.

Can I vote?

NOTE: if you are not registered to vote, no problem! You can register when you get to your voting place. You are considered registered if you voted in the last provincial election.

A Canadian citizen

Have lived in B.C. for at least 6 months before registration

Live in Vancouver (no minimum days required)

Not disqualified by law from voting

What will I see on the ballot?

You will receive two ballots. On the candidate ballot, each candidate will have a random number next to their name and, if applicable, their political party to help you find your choice.
