Ken Sim wants you to stay home on Oct 17th

In the 2022 Vancouver election, only 36% of people voted. Worse, Ken Sim and ABC were elected by only 20% of Vancouverites.

Ken Sim is counting on low voter turnout so he can get his voters out to the polls, and win another term.

This election is going to be close. Increasing voter turnout is the best tool we have to evict Ken Sim and elect COPE's slate of progressive fighters, across City Council, School Board, and Parks Board.

In the 2025 By-election COPE was joined by hundreds of volunteers with an easy but crucial assignment.

We call it the People's Megaphone.

With the help of the Megaphone's volunteers, we SMASHED turnout expectations, and elected Sean Orr to city council with the most votes.

 Here's how it works:

1. You sign up and agree to receive texts from COPE
2. On voting days, we'll send you a short text message. The text will have info on where to vote and info on why to vote COPE
3. You help us mobilize voters by sending the message to 5 friends to remind them to vote
4. You text the COPE number back to let us know you've done your part!

We need to get 15,000 people who'd otherwise forget to vote to the polls and massively increase voter turnout. Vancouver is hungry for change.
